Petal is a very sweet lovely doe who has litter of 9 bubs. We think she is only 9 weeks old which is very young for a mum, but she is doing very well.

Days 16 - 22
Wow, these guys can move now. They are becoming really hard to photograph so I am not updating the site as much as I like.

They are starting to try solid foods now and share tea with mum.

Day 6
Marking are very clear now and they are like velvet to touch.
Once again it looks like I got the sexes wrong and I now think there are 6 boys and 3 girls. As they get older it will be easier to sex them.

Day 4
The markings are darker and it is looking like we have silver fawns, agoutis and blacks, some which may be roans. They have claws and whiskars too!
I think we have 5 boys and 4 girls now, this sexing is all new to me so at the moment is all guess work.

Birth to 3 days old
Bubs are all doing well and mum is proving that she does know what she is doing after all. The markings have just started coming through on day 3. I think we have 5 girls and 4 boys.
